Brief
Islington Council needed a questionnaire mailer to ask local residents on the Palmer Estate about proposed changes to the street.
Solution
Based on the Islington Council’s corporate guidelines, we created an easy to use questionnaire mailer sent to local residents.
The questionnaire is set in a clear structured format to ensure it is simple and quick to fill in – to encourage residents to complete the form and provide useful comments.
Once completed, the mailer is torn in half on the perforations, and resealed using the provided self adhesive.
