Happie Loves It is a cute Japanese-inspired London fashion label. Since being the largest concession at Top Shop’s flagship store in Oxford Street in 2007, they now have a boutique in Covent Garden.

Brief

Happie Loves It very much needed to sell online. A large majority of their customer base are national and overseas tourists, many of which have regretted not buying that special item they saw instore. The main objectives were to sell to the overseas market, reflect the fun style of the brand online and create a valuable ecommerce system so that Happie Loves It could manage products and orders themselves.

Our approach

We designed a contemporary site which reflected the cute, quirky brand. Key features such as wishlists, email a friend and cross-selling on both the product description and the shopping bag has led to increased sales.
